When our sister agency in New York called up with a brief from Marriott Hotels, we were more than happy to oblige. Having just acquired the Starwood brand, they celebrating becoming the largest hotel chain in the world and wanted to share the news with just about everyone.

We developed an epic map that dominated the Rockerfeller Center in NYC. At 44x88ft, it was pretty imposing, and we added 30 eye-catching oversized push pins to it - each one RFID enabled, allowing people to link their rewards programs and be in with a chance of winning dozens of instant win prizes - including and all-inclusive 5 day trip to Taiwan and concert tickets to Madison Square Gardens.

Social clout in the form of Chrissy Tegan and Casey Neistat helped boost the 208.6M social impressions gathered across the central locations and 60 satellite push pins, each one at a Marriott property around the city. With over 70 prizes awarded and 1.5K registrations gathered, we think they had a good night’s sleep.
