Worldpay

Worldpay were looking for an easily navigated, yet enticing look and layout for their new landing page and email communications. Their current system was difficult to use and didn’t prioritise information the way a consumer needed. They asked us to design a new landing page and comms to make things simple and engaging.

I read through and cherry picked the right content, rewriting it in a friendly, simple tone of voice, and categorised it into sections depending on what stage the customer was at. Each step had three sub-categories, and the emails customers received related to each step using a colour-coded system. I also aided in the design of the homepage, the suggested navigation, and the user experience.
